Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs across social housing properties.
• Repair skirting boards, internal doors, plumbing issues, and carry out plastering.
• Install and adjust kitchen units and participate in emergency repair rota.

Skills

Proven experience in domestic repairs and maintenance

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Good understanding of health and safety regulations
