Qualifications

  • Must have an Electrical qualification at level 3 NVQ, equivalent or above.
  • Experience in fault finding both with and without drawings.
  • Relevant experience of working within a manufacturing environment.
  • Good knowledge of electrical control panels, inverter drives, and pneumatic systems.
  • Ability to use initiative while keeping stakeholders informed.

  • Perform proactive and reactive maintenance activities to keep production moving.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Develop knowledge and skills of machinery and new equipment.
  • Focus on Food Safety and Health and Safety practices.
  • Record and report relevant information for stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with production and stakeholders.

We have the opportunity for you to join our team as a Multi-skilled Engineer. Some of what you can expect to be doing includes:

Panama Shift: 18:30 – 06:30

  • Keep production moving with proactive and reactive maintenance activities
  • Put forward ideas for continuous improvement and longer-term solutions
  • Continue to develop your skills, knowledge and understanding of machinery onsite and new equipment
  • Have a strong focus on Food Safety and Health and Safety in your ways of working
  • Record and report information to be able to provide information to your internal stakeholders and to help to drive improvement
  • Communicate well with production and other stakeholders to build good relationships and provide a good customer service
