Qualifications

• Formally trained in City and Guilds Electrical Installations or the equivalent NVQ.
• 18th Edition BS7671 City and Guilds.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM, reactive and breakdown works to all electrical and mechanical systems.
• Manage reactive works process to ensure requests are responded to.
• Update Computer Based Maintenance system with accurate data.
• Prepare Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks.

Skills

Knowledge of Air conditioning

Understanding of UPS

Experience with Generators

Knowledge of LV systems

Fault finding skills

Education
