The Sutton Health and Care MSK service (SHC MSK) provides planned outpatient care for residents of Sutton. It offers triage, diagnosis optimisation, and therapies for injury, post‑surgery recovery, and long‑term MSK conditions. First Contact Practitioners (FCPs) are based in Carshalton, South Sutton, and Central Sutton PCN. The service supports Epsom and St Helier Hospital Fracture Clinic and the ESTH Spinal Elective Service.
