Qualifications

• BSc in a Scientific or Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Proven capability to lead teams in a Technical role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of external regulatory requirements.
• In-depth knowledge of multiple product dose forms and their manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience in product lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a competent team of Product Owners.
• Ensure effective management of product quality and knowledge transfer.
• Provide strategic direction for technical support to manufacturing processes.
• Oversee preparation and execution of NPI TTs and lifecycle changes.
• Facilitate improvements in product and process capability.
• Ensure comprehensive risk assessment and action planning.
• Sponsor investigations and root cause analysis for deviations.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Drive adoption of digital tools and manufacturing technologies.
