Job description

We have a exciting opportunity for a ambitious motorcycle technician at CMC Cannock. Due to continued growth we are looking to expand our team of factory trained technicians to work for a franchised premier Yamaha dealership also working on all major motorcycles brands.

CMC has been established for over 40 years and we are one of the largest motorcycle dealer groups in the UK

The successful candidate must have a passion for Motorcycles and strong attention to detail.

We here at CMC see the benefit in a clear pay structure pathway that is easy to understand and offers all technicians the opportunity to progress from apprentice to master technician. Along side factory training from Yamaha with online web based training to class room training down at Yamaha UK. You can take your career to the next level.

Requirements

The ideal candidate would be already in a main dealer environment and a MOT tester but please don't be put off by this we will review all candidates and are happy to invest time into the right people with a appetite to learn and passion for motorcycles.

A full bike and car license are essential.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for a fully skilled candidate will include:

  • Diagnosing standard and complex faults and ensuring underlying problems are resolved.
  • To be confident undertaking engine rebuilds unsupervised.
  • Motorcycle servicing.
  • Working as a team to deadlines to ensure that work is completed on time.
  • Salary: industry-leading salary, subject to skill levels.
  • You will receive factory training and accreditation to further enhance your skills.
