An organization dedicated to community development in Birmingham is seeking passionate individuals for a role supporting youth engagement and leadership. You will ensure young people's voices are central, capture learning, and present evidence to stakeholders. Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and report writing are required. Salary: £28,536pa (pro rata £19,024pa)
Hours: 25 hours per week

Job Role:
This post will play a key role in supporting the Trust to demonstrate the impact of the RI SE – Youth Power & Potential programme and other services. This role will ensure that young people’s voices are central in shaping our work, that learning is captured and shared across the organisation, and that evidence is presented clearly to funders, commissioners, partners, and the local community. Significant experience in data collection, analysis, interpretation, and producing high-quality reports is essential along with excellent analytical and data presentation skills (quantitative & qualitative).
