A leading defense contractor in the UK is seeking a Mobile HGV Technician to ensure the readiness of emergency response vehicles. The role involves servicing and maintaining heavy goods vehicles while ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have experience with HGVs and relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 and a Class C driving license. Flexible working options are available, with a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week including on-call duties.

As a Mobile HGV Technician, you’ll deliver first-class servicing, maintenance, and repairs on heavy goods vehicles and specialist fire service equipment to MOT and operational standards.

This role is full time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm , Starting and finishing at Home , you will be required to be on call 1 weekend in 4 additional overtime hours may be required depending on operational requirements.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
