A major water services provider in Bradford is seeking a Metering Administration Assistant to provide administrative and customer service support in the Metering Operations department. The role involves assigning tasks, speaking with customers, and resolving complaints. Candidates should have strong IT skills, experience in administrative roles, and the ability to build strong relationships. Location: Buttershaw / Hybrid Working (1‑2 days office a week – Bradford)
Work type: Secondment 6 Months – 37 Hours – Mon to Fri 8‑4

In our Metering Administration Assistant role you will provide administrative and customer service support to the Metering Operations department to facilitate the resolution of customer issues. You will be well‑organised, prioritise your workload and deliver excellent customer service.
The role involves assigning and completing work using several IT platforms, learning new systems, speaking with customers, arranging work and dealing with complaints both verbally and in writing.
Although we operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, we support flexible working patterns and job share options when possible.
