MET / Trim Technician – Independent Bodyshop, Chorley

Location: Chorley, England, United Kingdom

Salary: £40k Basic, £46k OTE

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (flexible within reason)

Overtime available on Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Carry out full vehicle MET technician work, stripping and re‑fitting components to vehicles
• Keep all company tools and equipment safe and in a clean, workable condition
• Maintain good time management and organisation
• Stay up to date with product developments and industry standards

Qualifications

• Previous automotive experience in the mechanical, electrical or trim field
• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or ATA with solid bodyshop background as a MET technician or service technician within a retailer, body repairer or crash repair centre
