Qualifications

• Experience in planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical plant and building services.
• Knowledge in fault-finding and resolution on a range of mechanical systems.
• Must be able to start early for 07:00 shifts.

Multi-skilled with a proactive approach to fault finding and maintenance

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Continental Shift - Moorgate, London £55,000 per annum

My client is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a busy commercial building that has 36 stories in Moorgate, London. The ideal Candidate has experiance with tenants and feels confidnet to work on their own and occasionaly with a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical plant and building services
• Work onchillers, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, and motors
• General plumbing and pipework maintenance
• Water treatment and temperature checks
• Fault-finding and resolution on a range of mechanical systems
• BMS monitoring and adjustments
• Support electrical and general building services tasks where required
• Escort specialist subcontractors when needed
• Maintain high standards of service delivery in a client-facing environment

Requirements
