Qualifications

Applicants must live within commuting distance or be willing to relocate with available support. You will join your future team providing mechanical construction oversight across key nuclear systems. The focus is verifying compliance, monitoring works on site and supporting quality assurance activities.*Responsibilities:* Monitor mechanical construction works ensuring compliance with approved documentation Identify non conformances and escalate deviations through formal reporting channels Contribute mechanical surveillance findings to quality teams supporting resolution Support mitigation actions to maintain construction safety and quality performance Ensure technical decisions follow correct approvals instead of informal site changes Coordinate with contractors and site teams to maintain clear communication pathways Assist performance reviews against Quality Control Plans and project KPIs Ensure inspections and records are completed before mechanical works are covered**Required Skills and Qualifications:** Mechanical engineering qualification or equivalent vocational pathway Experience in mechanical installation, surveillance or construction QA activities Knowledge of mechanical scopes such as pipework, HVAC or equipment installation Skilled in reporting using Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and Teams Understanding of mechanical construction standards and inspection requirements Experience supporting documentation used in QA and site assurance processes Comfortable spending the majority of time on active construction work fronts Join your future team on-site at one of the most ambitious nuclear power projects in Europe.
