About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to lead partner marketing initiatives across Europe — with a particular focus on Germany and France. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Europe, this is a high‑impact role for a proactive, hands‑on marketer who thrives on building and executing integrated partner programs that drive pipeline, accelerate co‑sell opportunities, and strengthen alliances. You’ll be the dedicated marketing lead for our channel and technology alliance ecosystem in Europe, collaborating closely with sales, partner, and marketing teams to design and execute joint go‑to‑market strategies that deliver measurable revenue outcomes.

Your contribution will be
  • Partner with Channel and Alliance Leaders to align regional business priorities, market dynamics, and growth goals.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns and events — through, with, and to partners — across digital, email, webinar, event, and field channels.
  • Develop and manage quarterly partner marketing plans that drive pipeline creation, partner engagement, and co‑sell acceleration.
  • Coordinate cross‑functionally to deliver clear and compelling partner communications — newsletters, announcements, enablement updates, and program highlights.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI to continuously improve results.
  • Manage budgets effectively, demonstrating creativity and efficiency in resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with global marketing to ensure regional alignment while tailoring programs for local markets.
To be successful, we think you need
  • 6+ years of experience in channel, partner, or alliance marketing — ideally within the B2B SaaS or technology sector.
  • Proven success launching and managing partner marketing programs across Europe, with strong knowledge of the German and/or French markets.
  • Experience working with or alongside technology alliance partners such as Microsoft and Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation and lead nurture strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo (or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms).
  • Advanced Excel skills for managing budgets and reporting performance metrics.
  • A self‑starter mindset — agile, resourceful, and comfortable pivoting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluency in German is highly desirable; additional European languages are a plus.
