Location: Reading

Requirements
  • Has proven experience managing a marketing team (3+ years)
  • Understands distributor‑led markets and how to influence end‑users
  • Thrives on execution and delivery, not just strategy
  • Is confident presenting and advocating for the brand
  • Is data‑driven, resilient, and outcome‑focused
  • Experienced in content creation, writing, social media, email campaigns
  • Ideal but not essential – website development and video editing
