Location: Bracknell HQ (with travel to venues as required)

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience (typically £38k–£45k)

Spinners is a fast-growing experiential leisure brand bringing competitive socialising, cocktails, and good vibes to venues across the UK. With new sites opening in 2026, we’re looking for a hands‑on, highly organised Marketing Manager who can take ownership of day‑to‑day marketing activity and keep campaigns running smoothly across multiple venues.

This is a role for a do‑er - someone who enjoys creating assets, delivering campaigns, supporting venue launches, and keeping the marketing engine moving.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director and CEO, and collaborate with the Sales Executive to help grow group and corporate bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver day‑to‑day marketing activity across all venues.
  • Coordinate seasonal promotions, venue campaigns, and weekly marketing output.
Creative production & asset creation
  • Build on‑brand assets in Canva/Adobe (posters, digital banners, menus, in‑venue displays, social graphics).
  • Prepare materials needed for promotions, events, and new venue openings.
  • Plan, build, and send email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, corporate outreach).
  • Manage lists, segmentation, and performance tracking via the CRM.
Website updates & content
  • Update pages, upload content, and keep site information accurate and fresh.
  • Create short‑form blog/SEO content where needed.
  • Work closely with the Sales Executive to deliver B2B outreach campaigns.
  • Produce the assets, templates, and follow‑up materials needed to drive corporate enquiries.
PPC agency coordination
  • Brief our PPC agency with the right assets, messaging, and timings.
  • Review reports and pass insights back to the internal team.
  • Keep campaigns aligned with promotions and new launches.
Social & influencer alignment
  • Work alongside the Social Media Manager to align organic activity with paid and in‑venue marketing.
  • Provide assets, messaging, and campaign support.
  • Manage the production and organisation of launch assets.
  • Help deliver the marketing checklist for new sites opening in 2026.
Planning & organisation
  • Maintain a detailed marketing calendar and weekly task plan.
  • Ensure all deliverables, assets, and campaigns go live on time.
Reporting & insights
  • Track performance across email, campaigns, bookings, and footfall.
  • Share insights with the Marketing Director and CEO to support decision‑making.
Skills & Experience
  • 4–5+ years experience in a marketing role (hospitality, leisure, or consumer brand preferred).
  • Highly confident using Canva (or Adobe) to produce polished assets at speed.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities across several venues.
  • Strong copywriting skills – email, web updates, social copy.
  • Comfortable using email platforms, CRM, website CMS (Wordpress), and analytics tools (GA4 etc).
  • Experience coordinating PPC or paid social with an external agency.
  • A fast‑paced, organised approach – someone who enjoys getting things done.
  • Happy to travel to venues when needed (launches, campaigns, content days).
Why Join Spinners?
  • A growing, energetic brand redefining social entertainment.
  • A hands‑on role with real responsibility and creative ownership.
  • Opportunity to support multiple venues and future launches.
  • A supportive team and a clear marketing strategy to work within.
