Job Description
The role of Insights Lead sits within the Retail Experiences & Marketing (REM) function of the LEGO Retail organization. LEGO Retail is the owned‑and‑operated retail arm of the LEGO Group, responsible for both LEGO Brand Retail Stores (LBR) and LEGO.com.
The Marketing Planning and Performance team drives marketing strategy within commercial planning process, develop campaign calendar and OKR framework, own the marketing effectiveness agenda, drives in-year optimisation collaborating closely with regional and channel teams and set investment levels, month end process and governance.
