We are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join a dynamic and forward-thinking business. This is a varied role where you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to deliver engaging campaigns, events, and content that support both brand growth and commercial success.

The Role

  • Support the Marketing Manager with day-to-day activities and key projects.
  • Provide the sales teams with high-quality client materials, presentations, and case studies.
  • Coordinate the creation of testimonials, imagery, and promotional content.
  • Manage and update marketing content across SharePoint and other platforms.
  • Track and report on company LinkedIn performance.
  • Oversee stock of marketing materials, gifts, and giveaways.
  • Organise and deliver exhibitions and events, from bookings to live management.
  • Work with external agencies, PR teams, and suppliers to deliver effective campaigns.
  • Assist with online training content, internal communications, and technical marketing updates.

About You

  • You will have: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and collaborative approach to work.
  • A clean driving licence.
  • Desirable: A degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Previous marketing experience and familiarity with CRM systems.
