Role Overview:

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who can turn every message into action — from first contact to loyal user.

You’ll create automated sequences, segment the audience, test different hooks, and make email verwandone of our strongest revenue channels.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and optimize email sequences (onboarding, upsell, reactivation, winback, post‑purchase)
• Segment the database by funnel stage, activity, region, and challenge type
• Write and test high‑converting subject lines, body copy, and CTAs
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and product managers to launch campaigns
• Keep emails aligned with funnel strategy and product updates

Requirements:

• Proven experience in email marketing (preferably for digital products / SaaS / fintech)
• Solid understanding of user journeys and behavioral segmentation
• You can write clean, concise, engaging copy in English (you don’t need a copywriter to do it for you)
• Experience with platforms like Customer.io, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar
• Data‑driven: you know how to analyze and improve key metrics
• Bonus: experience in the crypto / trading / investing space
