Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Department has a supportive role in knowledge management gathering data and storing them in a system.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Team Leadership: Oversee front-line manufacturing employees, across multiple departments and functions. Accountability of team and individual goals / contributions.
  • Operational Management: Ensure daily operations run smoothly and consistently, managing production schedules and material flow.
  • Performance Targets: Drive the team to achieve targets in quality, cost, delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Utilize problem-solving and continuous improvement tools to enhance manufacturing efficiencies and production throughput
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and other functions for alignment on technical and organizational matters.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical insight and guidance on processes, equipment, and new product applications. Train and mentor team members specifically across new product integration.
  • Resource Management: Ensure efficient use of all resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
