In our Regional Civils division, you’ll lead a dedicated team of quantity surveyors on a major infrastructure scheme in Benacre, East Suffolk. This is a heavy civils project governed by NEC contracts, and you’ll be involved from the ground up—bringing your expertise to shape its success from the earliest stages. This is a management position for an individual with the business acumen to develop commercial opportunity on projects within the business stream to achieve and exceed profitability targets. Proven experience in the ability to lead, influence and communicate with others and, in particular, create successful commercial teams at all levels is required. Demonstrable experience within a heavy civils background, specifically management of major earthwork schemes. Substantial previous experience in quantity surveying within a relevant business environment and a valid CSCS card are required. Membership of a relevant professional body and/or relevant professional qualification is desirable, such as RICS/CIOB/RIBA/ICE/CIBSE.
