  • Knowledge of EU Taxonomy, CSRD, SFDR, SASB, GRI, TCFD, PRI frameworks.
  • Willingness to obtain a CFA Certificate in ESG Investing.
  • Strong writing skills and a collaborative attitude.

Role Overview

Managers play a critical role, contributing significantly to the success of our team and overall business. You will lead ESG Due Diligence projects for large private equity investors, manage multidisciplinary teams, support projects across climate risk, impact investing, and responsible investment advisory, and play a key role in business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver ESG Due Diligence projects across multiple sectors and geographies.
  • Manage client and internal teams through all project phases, ensuring analytical rigor and timely delivery.
  • Engage confidently with investment teams and senior stakeholders to discuss sustainability findings in an M&A context.
  • Conduct maturity assessments of private market investors and benchmark responsible investment practices.
  • Develop responsible investment strategies at firm and fund levels.
  • Provide tailored training programmes across various asset classes.
  • Create and review client proprietary toolkits for sustainability risk analysis.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including scoping opportunities and drafting proposals.
  • Design and deliver presentations to client senior management.
  • Mentor Consultants and Analysts.
  • Extract new know‑how from project work and support thought leadership initiatives.
  • Educate internal and external networks on responsible investment and sustainability value propositions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sustainability, International Relations, Economics, Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 4–6 years of experience in ESG due diligence, private equity, M&A advisory, or consulting.
  • Knowledge of EU Taxonomy, CSRD, SFDR, SASB, GRI, TCFD, PRI, and similar frameworks.
  • Willingness to obtain a CFA Certificate in ESG Investing or similar (a plus).
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate sustainability risks into financial performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and time‑management skills.
  • Strong writing skills and a collaborative, team‑player attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Knowledge of climate risk and resilience topics is highly desirable.
  • Additional language skills a great asset.
