This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global payroll space as a Manager, Global Payroll Implementation, joining our Payroll Implementation team.
As a dynamic and detail-oriented leader, you’ll oversee a team of Global Payroll Leads responsible for the successful onboarding and implementation of new client payrolls across multiple countries. You’ll provide strategic direction, coaching, and operational oversight to ensure payroll implementations are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time — all while driving consistency, efficiency, and innovation in our processes.
You will report to the Senior Director, Payroll Implementation and play a key role in connecting the dots between Sales, Payroll Operations, Product, and Client Experience to ensure seamless transitionsweath from implementation to business-as-usual.
