Criteria: Must be able to drive both automatic and manual cars.

What You’ll Do:

  • Supporting a person 1:1 in their home
  • Provide personal and clinical care
  • Assist with medication, housing needs, appointments, and daily routines
  • Encourage social participation and independence
  • Whether it’s helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you’ll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected
  • This role can involve lone working, with on-call support available 24 hours a day.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Emotionally intelligent and calm under pressure
  • A great listener and communicator
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Able to build trusting relationships
  • Comfortable working independently

You’ll Need:

  • UK Driving Licence and ability to drive both automatic and manual cars
  • Access to your own car would be advantageous
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend)
