A child support services organization in King's Lynn is looking for a Male Children's Residential Support Worker to provide care and support for young people with complex emotional difficulties. The role includes acting as a positive role model, empowering children, and helping with everyday tasks. Candidates should have a full UK driving licence and experience in caring or related fields. You would be the person to give encouragement and praise when needed, to be patient and understanding during times of crisis and to inspire them to grow and develop.
