We’re currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Maintenance Shift Engineer at our Lincoln site. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, the successful individual will be responsible for ensuring our production equipment runs safely, efficiently and reliably, supporting operations across our flexographic, slitting and bagging machines.

To be considered for this opportunity you’ll need to be able to demonstrate:

  • A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Proven experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

The Lincoln site is a key part of our UK operations, and this role plays a vital part in keeping our production lines running smoothly. You’ll be involved in fault diagnosis, planned preventative maintenance, equipment installations and continuous improvement initiatives.

The shift pattern is currently under review, but will include some weekends and night shifts.

As Maintenance Shift Engineer, you’ll be a key contributor to our operational performance and continuous improvement goals. You’ll use technical documentation to support maintenance tasks, document spare parts usage, and communicate effectively with managers and supervisors to ensure priorities are met.
