Base pay range: £22,500 – £24,000 per annum. This permanent position is located in our city centre office, 10 Sunnyside, Edinburgh, EH7 5RA. Work week Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.

What the job involves
  • Arrange and organise the trade team’s workload, liaising between departments and clients to ensure the optimum number of jobs are scheduled weekly for each trade person.
  • Book appointments for the in‑house trade team.
  • Respond to email and telephone enquiries.
  • Create quotes for client approval.
  • Order parts.
  • Check safety certification and send job completion details.
