You will report directly to our supervisor and you’ll work out of our Yeovil, United Kingdom location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by enhancing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and supporting the delivery of innovative aerospace solutions that improve safety and efficiency in air travel.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate grinding machines to produce precision components for aerospace applications.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
  • 5 or more years of experience in machining, specifically grinding.
  • Strong knowledge of machining processes and aerospace manufacturing standards.
  • Proficiency in operating CNC and manual grinding machines.
  • Experience with precision measuring tools and quality inspection techniques.
  • Technical diploma or equivalent experience in machining or manufacturing.
  • Experience in the aerospace industry or similar high‑precision environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
