The Flava People have a great opportunity for Machine Operators in the Wythenshawe and South Manchester area who are looking to work for a fun, fair and foodie business.

About

We’re looking for Machine Operators who are passionate about food to join us on our journey. You will ideally have experience operating machines such as:

• Dry Bossar
• Wet Bossar
• Bottling Line
• Sauce Cooks
• Bulk Line

The ideal candidate will have operated similar machines and have worked within the food manufacturing sector previously. Experience completing paperwork and CCP's is preferable, with a good understanding of food hygiene and good manufacturing practice.

The Flava People are a bit different from your everyday, mundane, average food manufacturing business. Here we are all about working hard and playing hard. We offer great shifts, good rates of pay and a fun environment to work in, where we nurture and reward your hard work.

We can offer flexible, zero‑hour contracts or full‑time contracts up to 40 hours a week until September/October, with the possibility to extend contracts or move to full‑time based on performance.

We need Machine Operators who want to enjoy coming to work, work hard and develop as we do.

We are looking for Machine Operators available 40 hours a week, Monday – Saturday (overtime often available but not guaranteed).

Shift Schedule

• 5 am – 1 pm
• 6 am – 2 pm
• 1 pm – 9 pm
• 2 pm – 10 pm
• 10 pm – 6 am (paid at time & quarter)

Current rates of pay are £12.21 – £12.71 per hour, depending on skill and previous experience. Overtime after 40 hours is paid at time & half.
