SWIFT Temps Ltd Industrial Recruitment Division is currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join our client’s food and drink production facility in Grassington. This is a physically active role within a pasteurising and processing environment, ideal for candidates with a background in brewery, dairy, or liquid food production.

About the Role

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be working within a modern processing plant, operating specialist machinery for milk and juice pasteurisation. You’ll follow strict procedures and hygiene standards to ensure the highest product quality and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pasteurising and processing machinery
• Accurately mix formulations according to recipes and batch instructions
• Move barrels, connect/disconnect pipes, and perform other physical tasks
• Climb ladders and transport heavy materials safely
