This role is offered on a full in-studio basis or a hybrid basis (minimum 3 days per week in the studio). We can provide a comprehensive relocation support package as part of any offer, should you need to relocate.

WHAT’S THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Localisation Coordinator to join our talented team and help bring our games to life in multiple languages. Working closely with the wider Localisation team, plus our game development and marketing teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our content is accurately and creatively translated, maintaining the tone and quality that players expect from Frontier titles.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Taking ownership of specific localisation processes and project areas, including voice recording.
  • Coordinating with external vendors to manage translation workflows and ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve localisation-related issues.
  • Performing quality checks on translated content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Translating marketing and in-game text when required.
  • Supporting other departments with language-related queries.
  • Maintaining and updating localisation documentation and training materials.
  • Using localisation tools and software to manage and implement translations.
  • Keeping project tracking tools up to date with localisation progress.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other language (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong understanding of the challenges involved in transcreation of marketing content.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • A passion for languages and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in the video games or localisation industry.
BONUS IF YOU HAVE
  • A formal qualification in translation, linguistics, or creative writing.
  • Experience with translation management systems (e.g. memoQ).
  • Knowledge of French, German, Chinese, Korean, or Brazilian Portuguese.
