Rentokil Pest Control - Local Account Manager - Area 8

Are you looking for your next promotional opportunity?

We are excited to announce the launch of a brand new role within the business designed to bridge

the gap between service and sales.

We currently have an internal promotional opportunity for a Local Account Manager to join our

dedicated team in Area 8.

The Role

This is a field based role managing relationships with our Tier 1 and Tier 2 local accounts. You will

work closely with our indoor sales support team, who will book your appointments, typically four

face-to-face account reviews per day.

  • Customer Reviews: Conducting full site surveys to ensure specifications are up to date and effective.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving outstanding debt issues and addressing service risks before they escape.
  • Growth: Recognising opportunities for additional services and raising high-quality leads.
  • Collaboration: Working alongside LOM’s, Surveyors, Technicians, and RAM’s to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Solid exposure within the Pest Control industry
  • Completed Level 2 RSPH or BPCA
  • Completed Customer Service Apprenticeship
  • Must have worked in a front-line service/sales role for a minimum of 2 years
  • Self-motivated and an excellent problem solver
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Resilient with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet business targets
  • Proven ability to deliver results and act commercially
