Pay: £25,896 - £25,896 per Annum.based on experience (40 hours per week).
Working Hours:Monday to Friday - 38 Hours per week

About our Nursery

At Sandhills Day Nursery Heath Mill, we cultivate children’s natural curiosity with a range of engaging activities and experiences in a modern, safe and spacious setting. With four age-specific rooms all on one floor, allowing children to progress at their own pace as they develop their skills, confidence, and independence. You will find us conveniently located on Heath Mill Industrial Estate in Wombourne, just off Bridgnorth Road (B4176). If you turn for Sainsbury's and keep going down the industrial estate, we are towards the end of the road on the right. We are based on the ground floor of Heath Mill House with ample parking.

What Your Role Involves

As a valued member of our team, you’ll:

  • Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
  • Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others
