We are a rapidly growing software provider and progressive business that offers a variety of digital banking solutions for its customers and organisations all over the world. We are now looking for a highly motivated “Legal Assistant” to join one of the leading companies in the Financial Services industry.

Job Duties
  • Report directly into Company Director/General Manager
  • Carry out office administration, including writing letters
  • Organise diaries, schedule meetings and respond to telephone queries
  • Write up first drafts and proof read documents/contracts
  • Analyse and input data when needed
  • Organise case files, transcribe legal opinion and compile legal agreements
  • Network with clients and build valuable relationships
  • Write legal reports and conduct legal research
  • Review commercial credit agreements
  • Good understanding of FCA Reporting
  • Knowledge of the Banking Sector & Regulations (desirable)
Skills Required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
