A leading health insurance company in London is seeking a legal professional to provide high-quality legal services across various business units. The role involves contract drafting, support for the claims function, and collaboration with external counsel. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of PQE as a Solicitor or Barrister and possess strong communication skills. This is a full-time role with a hybrid working pattern.
Team – Legal
Working Pattern – Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
12 Month FTC with the potential to go permanent

Varied role across multiple business units, supporting the Vitality business by providing high‑quality legal services, with a focus on supporting the sales and product distribution function of the business, working on the company’s intellectual property portfolio, providing contract support to the marketing and sponsorships team, providing general advice on a range of contracts and commercial matters, and assisting the claims team and with any litigation as necessary. The role involves building a function that generates trust and confidence within its stakeholders and providing support to the Legal Team. This position will be primarily UK‑focused, but with opportunity for the role to expand into Vitality’s global business and international markets.
