View our** .Legal Billing Narrative Edit Proofreader (M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm) page is loaded## Legal Billing Narrative Edit Proofreader (M-F 8:30am - 5:00pm)locations: Wheeling, WVtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R251003259**Essential Functions****:*** Identify and correct spelling, grammar, and verbiage errors in attorney invoices.* Detect formatting and compositional errors.* Follow attorney / client specific instructions regarding edits and corrections to invoices* Utilize automated review process if applicable* Maintain a daily working knowledge and mastery of attorney / client guidelines as they pertain to NEP* Research and resolve inquiries and problems* Act as a backup to team members and be proactive in assisting others to ensure deadlines are met.* Perform other responsibilities and ad hoc tasks as assigned**Qualifications:****Specific Technical Skills:*** Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office software, specifically Word and Excel* Strong writing and grammatical skills required**Performance Traits:*** Meticulous attention to detail, quality and accuracy in execution of tasks* Proven customer service skills are required to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships* Demonstrated self-starter with the desire to show ownership and commitment to the job.* Strong organizational and prioritization skills; driven to meet deadlines* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team**Education/Training/Certifications:*** Associate degree, preferred.
