Job summary

A leading charitable organization in Edinburgh seeks a Legacy Giving Coordinator to develop a new legacy and in-memory giving program. Qualifications

  • Educated to Degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level of experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of donor cultivation and stewardship principles.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role with deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver compelling new legacy and in-memory giving campaigns.
  • Liaise with fundraising, marketing, and communications teams.
  • Lead activities to promote legacies and in-memory giving.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of donor cultivation and stewardship principles
Ability to tailor information to diverse audiences
Experience in fundraising campaigns

Education

Degree in relevant subject or equivalent experience
CIOF Certificate of Fundraising or equivalent experience
NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent qualification
