As the Strategic Account Manager Sales Leader at BigHand, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth within the North American market. You will lead a team of 6–7 Sales Representatives and be responsible for executing the BigHand Go‑To‑Market Playbook. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to effectively leverage the Voice of the Customer, build strong client relationships, and ensure the seamless execution of the company’s sales strategy.
