Qualifications

  • Hold a formal qualification in Positive Behaviour Support or be working towards one.
  • Experience in working with individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.
  • At least 1 year as a Positive Behaviour Practitioner.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the team in improving the lives of individuals with complex needs.
  • Ensure compliance with UK regulations and achieve 'Good' ratings with CQC.
  • Support staff development through training and guidance.
