• 10+ years in computer repair with senior/lead responsibilities.
• Able to travel between branches in London.
• Calm under pressure while communicating with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead repairs end-to-end: diagnose, quote, repair, and QC complex issues.
• Train and mentor junior techs; set standards and review workmanship.
• Manage parts & inventory, keep the lab organized, and deliver great customer experience.

Skills

Strong diagnostics across Apple & PC hardware/software

Excellent customer communication

Proven leadership

Board-level repair (micro-soldering/component-level)

Fluent English (spoken & written)

Education

Degree (2:1+) in Computing or related

A-Levels/GCSEs in relevant subjects
