A community support organization in Sheffield is seeking a Lead Family Coach. The successful candidate will oversee the Family Coach Team, manage contracts, and coordinate with the Sheffield Children’s Hospital. This full-time position offers a salary ranging from £27,263 to £28,940, with additional benefits including 25 days holiday, an 8% pension, and opportunities for professional development. The Lead Family Coach will oversee the day to day running of the growing Family Coach Team. Taking a lead on the operational delivery, management and development of the team and the contracts they work across. Specifically leading on the contract monitoring, staff line management, ensuring the successful delivery and development of the services and maintaining open communications with colleagues, funders and city-wide partners. The Lead Family Coach will take on the day‑to‑day project coordination of the Sheffield Children’s Hospital Family Coach project. The role will:
