Detailed Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant with proven expertise on complex projects for UK Public Sector clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple modules and demonstrate a strong command of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering through post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in all SDLC phases including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) and Playback sessions, prepare training materials, and deliver technical training.
• Design and build security roles, including job roles, data roles, and security profiles.
• Enable and optimize solutions using Redwood tools to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve technical, functional, and security risks.
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project delivery.
• Utilize Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies effectively in project management.
• Work within a global delivery model, coordinating with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Key Requirements
