Qualifications

• Experience working with oncology and/or palliative patients.
• Experience delivering dietetic advice in groups.
• Experience in multidisciplinary team working.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dietetic element of the Active Together Programme.
• Coordinate dietetic input to patients in the Active Together Service.
• Develop guidelines and protocols ensuring patient safety.
