Customer Service Management

• Provide technical support through visits, training, calls, and conferences.
• Regularly update internal stakeholders and maintain efficient communication with customers.

Project Management

• Deliver projects that meet customer specifications and timelines, focusing on stability, performance, cost, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise project progress and keep stakeholders informed.
• Prioritize opportunities and allocate resources effectively.
• Engage with lab tasks as needed and manage external resources critical to project delivery.
• Ensure proper data recording and contribute to the cloud database.

Qualifications

• MS Degree or higher in Biological or Life Sciences preferred.
