Job summary

A leading holiday park operator in Exmouth seeks a Kitchen Shift Leader to manage shifts and inspire the kitchen team. Pay Rates: Up to £14.21 per hour

You’ll inspire the team to provide fantastic guest experiences and high‑quality standards. Plus, you'll make sure everything stays safe, compliant, and on point with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the team by assigning tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, and motivating the team to deliver excellent service.
  • Provide prompt, professional guest共有服务, addressing complaints and special requests.
  • Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality, taste, and compliance with standards.
  • Maintain adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations.
