A leading UK holiday company is looking for a motivated Kitchen Porter to join their team at Alltshellach Country House. As a Kitchen Porter, you will support the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness and assisting in food preparation, contributing to an enriching guest experience during walking holidays. This full-time position offers live-in accommodation with meals and multiple employee benefits, emphasizing teamwork and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Salary: £12.67 per hour
Reporting to: Head Chef and CountryHouse Manager

Working in our Alltshellach Country House we provide a retreat for up to 59 guests who stay with us for guided or self-guided walking tour holidays. We always know when and where our guests need serving. We know the number of guests we will be hosting each week, and our mealtimes are fixed. We plan our menus in advance and get pre orders for lunch and dinner. Your role as Kitchen Porter will be to support the Head Chef, Sous Chef and Chef clean all Food Preparation areas and equipment. You will ensure the kitchen is maintained to a clean standard throughout service and assist in the preparation of vegetables, salads and picnic lunches when required.
