Delivery of high standards of food safety, allergen management, and hygiene compliance.

Cost control across labour, food, and overheads in line with commercial targets.

Maintenance of consistently high standards of kitchen cleanliness and organisation.

Safe and efficient working environment for all team members, in full compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Food Safety & Allergen Management: Lead on HACCP, COSHH, allergen protocols, and all statutory compliance, ensuring accurate labelling, record-keeping, and communication across the team. Ensuring complete and accurate star chef data and reports, and filed appropriately

Cleaning & Hygiene: Take ownership of cleaning schedules, audits, and compliance checks, ensuring kitchens and storage areas always meet or exceed safety standards.

Team Leadership: Support and manage chefs, kitchen porters, and agency staff. Ensure clear communication, training, and development opportunities are in place to build a motivated and safe team.

Health & Wellbeing: Promote a culture of safety, wellbeing, and accountability, ensuring staff work in a positive, supportive, and compliant environment.

Event Support: Work closely with the Executive Head Chef and operations teams to ensure smooth kitchen delivery across match-days, hospitality, and events.

Stock & Ordering: Oversee ordering, deliveries, and stock rotation to reduce waste and maintain accurate records.

Collaboration: Liaise with front-of-house, event managers, and wider Elior teams to ensure aligned service delivery.

Skills & Experience Required
