A leading safety footwear company is seeking a Key Account Manager UK to expand their presence in the UK market. The role involves managing strategic key accounts, developing sales plans, and identifying new business opportunities, particularly in the Food and Construction sectors. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales or account management within PPE products. This position offers excellent terms of employment, including bonuses and a company car.

To support this ambition, we are looking for a driven and commercially minded Key Account Manager UK to strengthen and grow our presence across the United Kingdom.
As Key Account Manager UK, you will play a key role in expanding Dunlop’s position in the UK. You will manage and develop strategic key accounts while actively identifying new business opportunities. Acting as a trusted partner to your customers, you will translate their needs into tailored solutions that add real value and work closely with marketing, supply chain and customer service to ensure excellent execution and long‑term satisfaction.

Since October this year, I have been working at Dunlop Protective Footwear as Sales Director UK. I bring over 13 years of experience in the safety footwear industry, with extensive expertise in workplace safety and protective solutions. Prior to joining Dunlop, I worked at Shoes For Crews Europe, where I led sales strategy and drove revenue growth across key European markets.
I am really excited to be part of such an established and respected brand as Dunlop. With its strong focus on safety and innovation, and a talented, supportive team here in the UK, it’s a great environment to achieve results. I am particularly looking forward to working closely with our new Key Account Manager UK and collaborating across the team to drive growth and strengthen our presence in the market.

Minimal Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of sales or account management experience in PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) products.
Capable of building up a strong network and customer relationship within the market segment and sales area.
Proven experience in contract management and commercial discussions is required. Willingness to travel (30‑50%).
Preferably native UK and based in England, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
