We are seeking a Key Account Director to lead and expand strategic relationships with major pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.

Your mission: drive growth, strengthen key partnerships, and identify high‑value commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement commercial strategy across key accounts
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities (new clients, therapeutic area expansion, strategic partnerships)
  • Lead negotiations, proposals, and RFP responses
  • Manage revenue forecasting, pipeline, and account profitability
  • Act as the strategic point of contact for clients; lead account planning and executive reviews
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Manager (CSM) and Strategic Insight Lead (SIL) to ensure client satisfaction and high‑quality delivery
  • Represent APLUSA at conferences, client meetings, and industry events
Core Skills
  • Strong business development and negotiation capabilities
  • Experience managing large or global pharma accounts
  • Solid financial and analytical acumen
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare/pharma ecosystem
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and reporting tools
Profile
