Responsibilities

• Supporting the purchasing team with sourcing and ordering IT products.
• Working with suppliers to track pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Processing purchase orders using internal ERP system and ensuring accuracy.
• Assisting with stock management and identifying stock requirements.
• Helping maintain supplier records, quotations and reports.
• Liaising with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
