IN SHORT The IT Analyst PMO/PSO role involves providing comprehensive day-to-day support and collaboration with the Programme Manager, Project Managers, and stakeholders. This includes essential administrative tasks, coordination, and governance support to ensure projects are well-organised, on track, and adhere to established project management processes, standards, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organise all project documentation, including charters, plans, schedules, and progress reports, ensuring alignment with established standards and best practices.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to programme and project performance; produce comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide clear insights, identify issues, and support effective decision-making. Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and accessible manner.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for enquiries, delivering updates and responses in a timely and accurate manner.
• Develop and execute the programme and project communication plan, using a range of channels to keep stakeholders informed about key developments.

What Will You Bring
